This is Cool

So when I woke up on one fine morning I saw the following “Verse of the Day” on my phone.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13 NKJV)

As I read the above verse, I was like,

Lord! Are you trying to tell me somethin?

I mean you have been putting this desire into my heart to start this blog about the experiences and encounters with you, and the very next day you are showing me this. This is just so cool. Like so many experiences in my life, it’s very heartwarming to see that Lord is pointing at me and telling me something profound. Moments like this remind me that our connection is vibrant and alive, and I can feel your presence guiding me.

So I thanked HIM and knew that it’s going to be a great day, or I should rather say that it’s going to be your day, Lord. I am all ears and looking forward to what you are going to say and do today, feeling an eager anticipation in my heart. I sense that each day is a new beginning, filled with opportunities to learn and grow in faith.

Now, you guys know how sometimes moments play with us. One moment we are doing something, and the next moment is already asking us for something else, often leaving us in a whirlwind of confusion. So we juggle or get frustrated, trying to keep our priorities in check.

That’s what happened this morning when I was out with my dog and son for a walk. The sun was shining, and we were enjoying the fresh air when I got home and found out that my mom isn’t home because my wife thought that mom was taking a walk with us or on our street. Since my mom is well advanced in years, she is slow and forgets things easily. I was initially calm, but then worry crept in when I realized she was supposed to be home. My mom had already begun taking a walk on our street but decided to follow us when I took my dog out. Hence the problem. Now all of us are worried, and the sense of urgency washed over us. The search commenced on foot, bicycles, and car, with each of us trying to remain hopeful while maintaining our composure, and finally found her taking a leisurely stroll towards the other side of our neighborhood, blissfully unaware of the panic we felt.

Man O man, we were all worried, but knew that God is a good God. We prayed, and Peace came upon us, filling the spaces of our anxious hearts, so we knew that all will be well, and in the end, it turned out just fine. This incident was a reminder of how, amidst chaos, faith can bring clarity and reassurance, reinforcing the belief that God is always watching over us.

BE READY TO TAKE THE DAY AHEAD AND KNOW THAT LORD IS DRIVING IT.
